If there is a problem with delivery after the stipulated deadline, Mica Lilac will open a call with the contracted logistics company, which has a response time of 5 working days for a response, which may be extended depending on the complexity of the problem. If the merchandise is lost, the customer will be reimbursed or a credit will be generated. Remembering that it is not Mica Lilac's responsibility if the order is returned if the address has been entered incorrectly, as filling in the data is the customer's responsibility. In this case, the shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the customer.
