Defective items:
We are committed to providing you with products that meet the highest quality standards. In the rare event that you receive a defective item, we remain committed to your satisfaction. If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will promptly assess the situation and if the item is found to be defective, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund.
Each and every part must be delivered in the form in which it was received.
Reporting damaged items:
We understand that shipping mishaps may occur despite our best efforts to ensure safe delivery. If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging or the product itself, please follow these steps:

Retail Return Policy
Congratulations! You have purchased a quality handmade semi-jewelry.
Your piece has a 30-day warranty for manufacturing defects, from the date of purchase (expressed below). Our warranty does not cover defects due to misuse, falling stones, natural wear and tear of the jewelry, use of chemical products, oxidized, scratched, dented and broken parts.
If your part needs to be replaced, there will be a check to certify that the defect occurred in the manufacture of the part and not due to inappropriate use.
It is essential to present the guarantee certificate in the exchange or refund process.
Our pieces, as they are semi-jewelry, are delicate and require care when handling, storing and using.
Conservation tips:
- Avoid prolonged exposure to chlorine in water and/or sea water
- Avoid handling with cleaning products
- Apply perfume before putting the piece on
- Avoid using when exercising (gym)
